For the chocolate horseshoes, sift flour with baking powder, crumble with butter and knead with the other ingredients to form a shortbread dough. Let dough rest for 1/2 hour.

Roll out dough and cut out horseshoes and bake at 180°C degrees until golden. After cooling, fill with jam and glaze the chocolate horseshoes with chocolate icing and decorate with sugar pearls.
