For the Milk Buns with Chocolate Chunks, heat the milk with the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until the butter has melted. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let cool slightly.

Place the flour, cinnamon, dry ingredients, milk chocolate, sugar and a pinch of salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the center and add the milk mixture. Work everything into an elastic dough.

Dust the work surface with a little flour and knead the dough well for about 10 minutes. Grease a bowl with a little oil, pour in the dough, brush cling film with a little oil and cover the bowl with it.
