The meat is freed from the bone and cut into two slices. The slices are cut, separated and beaten a little bit. Grind the sausage, mix it with the chopped hard-boiled eggs, one raw egg and 1 or 2 chopped cucumbers. Stuff the meat with it, put one half of the meat on top, close it with a roulade needle and fry it. Fry the grated onion in a little oil, sprinkle with paprika, add a tomato, a bell pepper and thyme and stew the meat with a little water until soft. Before serving, pour sour cream on top and serve hot.
