Try this delicious pasta dish:

1. rinse and dry the kitchen herbs. Pluck off the leaves and chop coarsely, then mix with the olive oil and chop finely.

2. mix flour and semolina in a work bowl. Stir through the eggs, herb paste and a tiny bit of salt and incorporate into the flour. Knead until a smooth dough is formed.

Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Tip: Stuffed pasta is best fished out of the boiling salted water with a skimmer and brought to the table immediately so that the inside is nice and hot.
