Instructions:

Cut the fish and potatoes into pieces. Put these pieces in boiling salted water and cook for about 15 minutes. Add most of the milk and the other ingredients except the flour.

Make it for about an hour at moderate temperature and then whisk the soup until it is very smooth. It is not necessary to sieve it. Mix the flour with the rest of the milk, add it to the soup and make it another minute or so.
