Cook the top long grain rice according to package instructions. Season the duck breast with salt and season with pepper. Heat the oil in an ovenproof frying pan and sear the duck breast on both sides. Cook in a heated oven at 200 °C for 12-15 min. with the skin side up. 2-3 minutes before the end of the cooking time, brush the duck breast with honey. Remove the roasting pan from the stove and keep the duck breast warm. Add Fix für Fleischpfanne to the roast stock form and heat while stirring continuously. Cut the duck breast into slices and serve with the sauce and long grain rice. Preparation 25 min. Cooking time 25 min.
