Cream the light butter with the eggs and sugar. Then add the flour and mix well. Then gradually add all the other ingredients to the batter form and stir well.

Pour the dough into a loaf pan (diameter 26 cm) and bake at 160 °C for one hour. In a fan oven, the baking time is reduced by five to ten minutes. Cool the cake briefly.
