Herb Soup with Yogurt

Chickpeas and long grain rice in a saucepan cover with water and make. Soak dried chickpeas in water for one night and then make, chop fresh kitchen herbs and add as desired mince with minced onion, dried mint, half of the chopped walnuts and a little salt, form into small balls and roast in a little oil.

Serve the soup, add the yogurt, meatballs, chopped and sautéed onion, chopped walnuts and mint in small dessert bowls to the table so that everyone can choose what to add to the soup as they wish.

Our tip: If you like to cook with fresh herbs, it’s best to get kitchen herbs in pots – that way you’ll always have everything on hand!
