For the hamburger rounds, mix the two types of flour, add salt and place in the mixing bowl of the food processor. Crumble the yeast over the top and sprinkle the sugar on top.
Knead with the water to make a smooth dough (2 minutes on speed 1, then 5 minutes on speed 2). Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place until it has doubled in volume (about 45 minutes).
Knead the dough again and divide it into 12 pieces. Form a ball from each piece and flatten just very slightly (It should still be almost a ball).
Place these rounds on a floured baking sheet and let rise again, covered, for 10 minutes. Brush the rounds with water and cut them crosswise with a sharp knife.
Bake everything at 200 °C in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
