Swordfish or possibly tuna can be used for this recipe.

In a large baking bowl, mix well all ingredients except the Íl and fillets. Later, add the olive oil, stirring throughout, in a leisurely manner until everything is well mixed together.

Place the fillets in the marinade, turn to the other side to coat and marinate for at least an hour. Preheat the backyard grill.

Remove the fillets from the marinade and grill for 6 minutes on each side until cooked through. Brush generously with the marinade. Heat the remaining marinade in a saucepan and serve as a dip. Decorate with thin strips of lime peel.
