For the almond chocolate balls, put the grated almonds in a bowl, add Wintertraum and rum flavoring, mix well and put in the fridge covered for an hour.

Then melt the two Christmas chocolates together in a bain-marie and add to the almond mixture – mix well and put back in the fridge covered for about 1 hour.

Place the chocolate flakes in a bowl. With moistened hands, form balls from the almond mixture and roll the almond chocolate balls in the chocolate flakes.
