Grilled Peppers with Feta Cheese

Instructions:

Lightly roll the peppers in lightly salted water for about 15 minutes. Cut the well drained peppers lengthwise into quarters and remove the core. Place the peppers in an ovenproof dish and top each with a finger-thick piece of cheese. Sprinkle garlic and marjoram on top and grill in the heated grill for about 6 minutes. Sprinkle with chives before serving.

Our tip: Always use fresh chives if possible!
