For the Gnocchi with Paprika Olive Sauce, cook the gnocchi according to package directions or make your own. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Fry in a pan with oil.
Wash the peppers, also chop and add to the onions, fry. Cut most of the olives in half and add them to the pan as well.
Pour vegetable soup and simmer until the peppers are soft. Mix flour with sour cream and add to the sauce. Puree with a hand blender, bring to a boil once and season with salt and pepper.
Mix the gnocchi with the sauce, garnish with the remaining olives and basil and serve the gnocchi with paprika-olive sauce.
