For the roasted apple halves, peel the apples, cut them in half and remove the core. Heat butter, sugar, honey and cinnamon in a pan and stir until smooth.

Place apple halves cut-side down in pan and fry over medium heat until butter-sugar mixture turns brown.

Add apple juice, turn apples and saute until tender.
