Instructions:

For the fork bites, soak gelatin sheets according to package directions and dissolve in soup. Slice brie and garlic.

Squeeze lemon. Mix a marinade with lemon juice, olive oil, water and season strongly with salt, sugar and pepper.

Layer alternately in a suitable bowl: A layer of oregano and mint leaves with garlic, a layer of brie and end with a layer of herbs. Pour the marinade over the fork bites, cover with gelatin and refrigerate for a few hours.
