Soak the chickpeas in salted water for one night, pour away the water and soften in the same mass of fresh water (without salt). Put the chickpeas, kitchen herbs and spices through the grinder, mix the pulp with breadcrumbs, form into small balls. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve with galangal, horseradish, nutmeg or garlic sauce.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good aroma!
