A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Cook a yeast dough. Grease a baking tray well, roll out the yeast dough on it and let it rise well from scratch in a warm place. In the meantime, clarify the butter.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy, add the clarified butter.
Pour the mixture on the dough. Add the chopped almonds and the raisins. Place the baking tray in the heated oven on the middle shelf.
Bake at 200 degrees (gas mark 3) for 20-25 minutes.
