Instructions:

Pick flowers in the midday sun and remove all green parts. Put them in a large jar and pour the alcohol over them. Put in the sun for 2 weeks and shake well every now and then.

Then pour through a filter. Boil water with rock candy and let it reduce by half. When cooled, mix with the dandelion alcohol and fill into nice bottles.

Leave to infuse for another 2-3 weeks.
