For the wild garlic flower vinegar, shake out the flowers well to remove any critters that may be present. Then put the flowers in a bottle with a large opening and add the honey.
Now fill up with the vinegar and shake everything well. The flowers must be completely covered with vinegar. Leave to infuse for about 2 weeks. Shake the bottle well 1 – 2 times a day.
After the infusion time, strain the wild garlic flower vinegar through a muslin cloth and store it well closed.
