Remove the skin from the onions and cut into cubes and blanch a little or possibly put in a microwave-safe dish with a little water and cook for 6 to 10 min at 600 watts and cool, pour off the water. Add the pineapple pieces. Chop parsley and green onion. Mix yogurt and curd and season with salt and curry to taste. Mix everything together and bring to the table sprinkled with parsley and green onion.
This leaf salad is excellent with grilled chicken.
Tip: Use a regular or light yogurt as needed!
