Carefully select fresh herbs, rinse them well and chop them. Beat and mix eggs, add salt and herbs. Heat the kernel oil slightly in a cast iron pan, mix in the egg mixture and fry.

Hearty brown bread harmonizes exceptionally well with the savory taste of this egg dish.

This dish has become a special spring meal in our family. The kitchen herbs for this are chosen by us together. It should not be missing on their menu as well.

Every garden or lawn owner knows the groundsel as an annoying weed. This creeping herb is a labiates and is also leafy in winter. The spicy flavor of the Gundelrebe, fits in small quantities, great to the Kernöleierspeis.
