For the cauliflower vegetables, cut the cauliflower into small florets and peel and chop the potatoes. Boil the vegetables in a large pot until they are soft.

Once the vegetables are soft, strain the water and use a masher to mash the vegetables. Stir in the bouillon cubes and the crème fine, adding spices to taste if necessary.
