For the cookie lollies, preheat the oven to 190° top/bottom heat. Prepare dough according to package instructions.
Roll out on a floured work surface to a thickness of approx. 3-4 mm and cut out circles. Knead the leftover dough again and roll out.
Spread about 1 teaspoon of jam on the center of each circle. Bake in preheated oven for about 6-8 minutes. Insert wooden skewers into the cookies while they are still hot and let the cookie lollipops cool.
