Remove the skin from the cucumber and cut in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds with a spoon and cut the cucumber halves into slices. Remove the peel from the garlic and chop it. Put the slices of cucumber, the clear soup, the curd cheese and the yogurt into a hand mixer and blend finely. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Rinse and peel the eggs and cut them into fine cubes. Cut the gherkins into fine cubes and add them to the soup. Rinse dill and chop finely. Stir the dill into the soup and garnish with cucumber slices and dill tips.

Tip: Use a normal or light yogurt as needed!
