Instructions:

For the fig jam, bring all ingredients (except alcohol) to a boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Make a jelly test.

Pour the fig jam with ginger into prepared hot glasses.

Using an eyedropper, drizzle a few drops of alcohol over the top, light and seal immediately.
