For the coconut-chocolate cake, grease 2 loaf pans with butter and dust with flour. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Whip cream with sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until well blended. Mix flour with baking powder, cocoa and coconut, sift over the egg mixture and stir.
Pour the batter into 2 loaf pans and smooth out. Bake the coconut-chocolate cake in the oven for 35 – 40 minutes.
