For the Christmas Lollipops, preheat the oven to 190° C top/bottom heat. Prepare the dough according to the instructions on the package, form the dough into balls (approx. 2 cm Ø) and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 8 – 10 minutes. Insert skewers into the cookies while they are still hot and allow to cool. Dip the well cooled Christmas lollipops into the melted chocolate and decorate with sprinkles.
