Mix fromage blanc fermier with finely diced shallots and finely chopped garlic clove. Add crème fraîche, olive oil, white wine vinegar, chopped chervil, chopped chives, chopped parsley and chopped tarragon sprigs and mix heartily. Season with salt and pepper and leave to cool for 2 hours. Serve with baguette.
Tip: As an alternative to fresh chives, you can also use the freeze-dried.
