For the chocolate crispy talers, heat the chocolate coating in a water bath. Then add the dried fruits (cut into small pieces) or berries, the sesame seeds and the oat flakes in desired composition until a thick mass is formed.
All the time stir and mix well. When a really thick mixture is obtained, cut it with a spoon and pour it into round silicone molds, pressing it firmly into the mold with the spoon until the talers are very compressed.
When everything is cold, you can easily press the thalers out of the molds.
