For the chocolate bread, heat the milk with the honey and salt, stir in the yeast.
Pour the flour into a bowl and make a small hole in the center. Pour in the milk and let it rise in a warm place.
When doubled in volume, knead the dough with the chocolate and hazelnuts and pour into a buttered and floured loaf pan.
Leave to rise for 30 minutes in a warm place, then bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees top and bottom heat for about 45 minutes.
Let cool in the form and then turn out, cut into thin slices and spread with a little jam or enjoy just like that.
