Instructions:

Fill the water into the pressure cooker. Put chicken parts, soup seasoning, root vegetables, lovage, quartered onion with peel and spices (possibly in a tea bag).

Close pressure cooker and heat. Boil for 25 minutes. Steam out, open and place the cleaned carrots in the soup.

Close pot again and cook for another 10 minutes. Once opened, remove the carrots and chicken parts.

Pour the soup through a sieve into a soup bowl and season with nutmeg and salt. Remove meat from bone and divide into bite-sized pieces.

Cut carrots into thin slices. Return both to the soup and serve with the cooked soup noodles, sprinkle with chive rolls.
