For the flavored chicken in parchment, wash the carrots, peel, slice very thinly. Cut a total of 8 thin slices from the center of the oranges, squeeze the remaining orange parts and save the juice.
Clean and finely slice mushrooms. Salt and pepper the chicken fillets and sear them briefly on all sides in olive oil. Add the finely chopped herbs. Shortly after, remove the fillets and set aside.
Sauté the carrots, orange slices (quartered) and mushrooms briefly in the frying residue, deglaze with the orange juice and season with salt, pepper and honey.
In the meantime prepare 4 pieces of baking paper (approx. 40×40 cm), preheat oven to 200°C. Divide the vegetable-herb-mushroom mixture among the 4 pieces of baking paper and form a heap in the middle. Place the chicken fillets on top.
Tie the ends of the baking paper with string and make 4 “parcels”. Place these parcels on a baking tray and cook the aroma chicken in the parchment in the oven at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for about 20 minutes.
