For the cheesecake roast apple, first preheat the oven to 160 °C top/bottom heat.
Mix cream cheese, almonds, flour, sugar, vanilla and eggs.
Wash the apples and remove the core generously with some pulp all around. Don’t pierce all the way through the bottom so the filling doesn’t leak out. Place in a baking dish.
Pour the cream cheese mixture into the apples.
Bake cheesecake baked apples for about 35-40 minutes.
