Instructions:

Mix ingredients and quickly knead a dough. Chill for 1 hour so that the dough is not too soft.

Form croissants or pretzels from the cold dough.

Brush with egg yolk-milk-salt mixture and sprinkle with poppy seeds.

Bake at 180 degrees hot air for about 12-15 minutes (depends on the size of the croissants).
