For the banana bread without egg, first peel the ripe bananas and mash them finely in a bowl. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and salt to the bananas and mix.
Add sour cream, oil, curd and water to the banana mixture and stir in. Then add the spices. Mix the flour with the nuts and baking powder and add to the banana mixture and mix well.
Pour the dough into a silicone loaf pan and bake the banana bread in a preheated oven at 150 °C convection oven for about 75 minutes. N
After baking, let it cool in the pan for a few minutes. The banana bread tastes especially delicious when warm!
