For the nachos, mix the ingredients for the tortillas with the dough hook until a smooth dough is formed. Divide dough into 10 pieces and roll them out on a floured surface into small 1 to 2 mm thin patties.
Bake in a coated pan until they start to bubble. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. For the marinade, mix all the marinades together.
Brush the tortilla patties with the marinade and cut into triangles. Spread on trays lined with baking paper and bake the nachos in the oven for about 10 minutes, until golden brown.
