Rinse tomatoes, peppers and cucumber. Cut tomatoes into eighths or slices, halve peppers, remove seeds and white skin and cut into small strips. Finely slice the cucumber with the peel. Cut the peeled onion into thin rings, crumble the feta cheese, rinse and shred the lettuce. Arrange all ingredients in a large baking dish, top with drained olives. Dress with a sauce of salt, vinegar, pepper, olive oil.
