First, peel and finely chop the onion.

Peel the potatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Cut the bacon into small cubes.

Heat the oil in a pot and fry the onion and bacon in it.

Dust with paprika and add the potatoes.

Pour in beef broth so that the potatoes are covered.

Season with salt, pepper, marjoram and a little vinegar.

Cover and simmer until tender (takes about 1/2 hour).

Serve the potato goulash with a dollop of cream.
