For the asparagus with arugula-cheese sauce, boil water, add butter and sugar and put in asparagus. Boil for approx. 15 minutes.
Melt butter in a saucepan and sauté onion until translucent.
Pour in vegetable soup. Stir in mustard, sour cream and crème fine.
Add cheese and parsley, season with salt and pepper. Then mix in arugula.
Grease baking dish, cut cooked asparagus twice and put in.
Pour sauce over and bake for about 15 minutes. Serve the asparagus with arugula-cheese sauce.
