Cut the chicken into small pieces and roast them in oil until golden brown. Later chop the onions, tomatoes and garlic clove and add to the meat.
When everything is cooked, add the fish and the peas. Then add as much boiling water as needed for cooking the rice. Then season with saffron and salt.
The whole dish must be cooked for 20 minutes, then let it stand for about 5 minutes before decorating it with strips of paprika.
