Ice cubes in a hand mixer or possibly a food processor form and whisk intermittently about 5 min until the ice is chopped.
Form the ice cream into 4 large glasses.
Peeled cardamom powder, cane sugar, pistachio nuts and cinnamon powder in the hand mixer form. Whisk for 2 min until smooth, add 1 quart of milk, whisk until creamy and pour over ice cream, sprinkle coarsely chopped pistachio nuts over sorbet.
