A great zucchini recipe for every taste:
Cut meat into tender strips. Heat oil, fry meat briefly in it, remove from frying pan and season with salt and pepper.
Brown long grain rice in the frying fat. Chop the garlic clove and add it with the paradeis pulp to the long grain rice. Pour the clear soup and let the long grain rice swell for 40 minutes.
Add saffron. Cut the zucchini into tender strips, add to the long grain rice with the peas and steam for 5 minutes until soft.
Blanch tomatoes, peel, cut into fine slices, add to long-grain rice and steam for 5 min until soft.
After 3 min, add meat and shrimps. Season rice pan with paprika.
