A cake recipe for all foodies:

The water and the crumbled yeast in a Weitling form and stir with a whisk. Then add salt, honey and cinnamon and stir until everything is evenly distributed. Then add the freshly ground wheat and the coarsely chopped walnuts. Knead the dough well for about 10 minutes and let it rise for 15 minutes. Then knead again briefly.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Put the dough into a well-greased loaf pan (30 cm) and let it rise for another 5 minutes.

Then bake for the first 5 minutes at 220 °C, then for another 25-half hours at 190 °C.
