Wash the apricots and cut them in half. Remove the seeds from the apricots and cut the flesh into smaller pieces.

Mix the apricots with sugar and leave to infuse well for a few hours.

Then bring the apricots to a boil and boil for 4-5 minutes.

Fill the still hot apricot jam into sterile jars.
