Instructions:

For the apple tiramisu, stir the Qimiq until creamy, add the mascarpone, fold in the whipped cream and applesauce (add sugar if necessary).

Drizzle the sponge cake base with a mixture of apple juice and rum, spread with jam and top alternately with cream and biscuits soaked in the apple juice-rum mixture. Finish the apple tiramisu with cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
