For the apple-marzipan strudel, boil whipping cream, dissolve marzipan, add a pinch of cinnamon and vanilla, add amaretto to taste, simmer about a handful of raisins, dissolve sugar.
Add the oatmeal and cook until it becomes a thick paste. Chop the nuts and add them. Cut the apples and mix them with the porridge. Allow the mixture to cool.
Roll out the puff pastry, place the filling in the center and bake at about 200 °C for 20-25 minutes.
