Instructions:

Cream butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, anise, lemon juice and salt. Gradually add the eggs and finally mix in the flour.

Pour the mixture into a piping bag and pipe small bushels onto a prepared baking tray using a smooth piping nozzle.

Sprinkle with aniseed and bake in the preheated oven at 165-175 °C for 8-10 minutes until light brown on sight.
