Instructions:

For the pancakes without flour, soak the lentils and long-grain rice in water overnight with the bay leaf.

The next day, drain the water, remove the bay leaf and puree the lentils with the rice.

Mix with egg and milk and finish frying like normal pancakes in a pan with hot butter.

Fill the pancakes without flour with jam, or curd filling and serve warm.
