For the almond nut cake, preheat the oven to 160° hot air. Grease the cake tin or line with baking paper. Separate eggs, beat egg whites until stiff and chill.
Cream butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and yolks. Add coffee liqueur. Mix Nescafe powder with a little water and add. Fold in nuts and almonds.
Mix flour with baking powder and fold in. Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake for about 50-60 minutes. Remove the cake from the pan, let it cool and then cut it in half crosswise.
For the cream, spread soft butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, nuts and coffee powder with water on the cake, put the lid on it and sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
