Roll out yeast dough not too thin. Put coconut flakes, almond kernels, nuts in a large enough bowl. Chop raisins, candied lemon peel and candied orange peel in a food processor and add.
Melt light butter, sugar in it, fold in the colorful fruit mixture. Cool a little and then incorporate two eggs. Spread this “forest and meadow mixture” evenly over the dough. Bake. After cooling, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
